Crez Time Terms & Conditions — Please read carefully before using the platform.

1 General Introduction & Eligibility

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Crez Time and its users. By registering on or using the Crez Time platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to register on Crez Time. Crez Time may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your age. Accounts registered with false information will be terminated.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may only create one Crez Time account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be permanently closed and any earned bonuses will be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Incorrect information may delay or block payment processing. Crez Time reserves the right to verify your information at any time.

2.4 Account Security

Keep your account password and login details confidential. Allowing others to access your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact support immediately.

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

The following conditions apply when making a deposit on Crez Time:

3.1 Third-Party Payment Restrictions

Deposits on Crez Time must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made using another person's payment method will be voided and may result in account suspension.

3.2 Anti-Money Laundering

Crez Time complies with anti-money laundering (AML) laws. We are required to conduct additional verification on suspicious transactions. Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met to withdraw your winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500
• Withdrawals may only be made to your own registered payment method
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Crez Time actively works to prevent bonus abuse. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse:

• Claiming the same promotion across multiple accounts
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or device
• Using fraudulent strategies to fulfil bonus requirements
• Attempting to meet bonus wagering requirements through low-risk betting strategies

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus has a set validity period. If the wagering requirements are not met before expiry, the bonus will be automatically forfeited. The welcome bonus validity period is typically 7 days.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on Crez Time are operated using internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems. Crez Time never interferes with game outcomes.

6.1 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, Crez Time will review the game outcome before determining any winnings or losses. Server logs are the definitive record in such cases.

6.2 Maximum Bet Limit

A maximum bet limit applies when playing with bonus balance. Placing a bet exceeding the specified limit while completing bonus requirements may result in that round's winnings being deemed void.

• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack on the platform

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Crez Time may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If the terms and conditions are violated
• Failure to provide requested documentation for verification
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
• At your own request (self-exclusion)
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)

9.1 Inactive Accounts

An account will be marked as inactive if there has been no login or transaction for more than 12 months. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.
